Practical Training Terminology
Training Entity:
Refers to any organization registered under the Civil Service System, Ministry of Labor, or Ministry of Commerce, whether governmental or private.
Training Plan:
A timeline provided by the training entity outlining the tasks the trainee will perform during the training period.
Field Supervisor:
The direct supervisor responsible for the trainee at the training entity during the training period.
Academic Supervisor:
A faculty member from the college who serves as the direct academic supervisor for the trainee during the training period.
Trainee:
A student who has met all field training requirements and has been granted a training opportunity.
Training Coordinator:
A member of the training committee within the program, directly responsible for coordinating the course in the program.
Practical Training Committee:
The committee responsible for coordinating practical training within the college.
Practical Training Requirements
Students become eligible to enroll in the practical training course upon fulfilling the following conditions:
- Completion of all prerequisite requirements for the training course.
- Meeting the specific training conditions set by the college for each program.
- Adherence to the academic regulations and their implementing rules.
Practical Training Mechanism
- Listing students eligible for practical training.
- Issuing training letters to target training entities.
- Conducting a training orientation program.
- Students commencing their training at assigned entities.
- Weekly reports and field visits.
- Final report and evaluation.
