This specialization aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and competencies that enable them to provide technical support to users, solve problems related to applications and systems, repair, configure, assemble, maintain, and upgrade computers. It also covers providing training to users to facilitate the effective and timely use of various technologies.

To prepare cadres in the field of technical support to fill the gap in intermediate jobs by equipping students with the skills that enable them to provide technical support to users, solve problems related to applications and systems.
Program Objectives
This program aims to provide students with the necessary skills and information to work in the field of computer technical support. By the end of the program, the student will be able to:
Assemble, upgrade, and maintain computers
Provide support for technical problems in computers
Provide technical support for computer networks and their protection
Provide basic support for applications and operating systems
Provide basic support for network operating systems
Manage technical support centers
Communicate functionally with specialists in the field
Maintain simple communication equipment
Design digital circuits for a specific application.
