Objectives
- To apply and practice the theoretical skills acquired by students during their studies.
- To increase trainees' opportunities to secure jobs that match their academic qualifications after graduation.
- To equip trainees with new skills and refine their existing ones.
- To develop trainees' personal abilities, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills by collaborating with colleagues and supervisors.
- To provide the university with feedback on the alignment of its applied program outcomes with labor market needs and improve them for the future.
Tasks
- Develop an annual action plan for program activities with a specific timeline at the beginning of each academic year.
- Establish policies and procedures for the practical training mechanism in the college.
- Monitor and oversee practical training for programs through training coordinators for each program.
- Create and update the practical training guide as necessary.
- Develop a digital platform dedicated to all aspects of practical training.
- Design and analyze feedback surveys related to practical training.
- Participate in preparing the strategic plan and the annual report for the college.
