support tasks. The certificate holder will be able to master skills for
dealing with hardware components, operating systems, software error

Obtaining the certification requires passing two exams.
- Exam 1:Covers mobile devices and network technology, hardware, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Exam 2: Covers operating systems, security, software, and operational procedures.
