• The applicant is required to pay the application fee electronically, which is 100 Saudi Riyals, including value-added tax, for Saudi nationals, and 115 Saudi Riyals, including value-added tax, for non-Saudi nationals. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable except in the event of project cancellation.
  • Upon final acceptance, the applicant commits to paying the tuition fees for each semester based on the credit hours, prior to the program's commencement, allowing sufficient time to complete the necessary academic procedures. The payments are divided into 4 installments as follows:
    • First installment: Before the start of the first level, totaling 7,500 Saudi Riyals (for 15 credit hours), including value-added tax, for accepted Saudi nationals. For accepted non-Saudi nationals, an additional 15% of the due installment will be added to the total amount.
    • Second installment: Before the start of the second level, totaling 8,000 Saudi Riyals (for 16 credit hours), including value-added tax, for accepted Saudi nationals. For accepted non-Saudi nationals, an additional 15% of the due installment will be added to the total amount.
    • Third installment: Before the start of the third level, totaling 8,500 Saudi Riyals (for 17 credit hours), including value-added tax, for accepted Saudi nationals. For accepted non-Saudi nationals, an additional 15% of the due installment will be added to the total amount.
    • Fourth installment: Before the start of the fourth level, totaling 11,000 Saudi Riyals (for 16 credit hours and 6 training hours), including value-added tax, for accepted Saudi nationals. For accepted non-Saudi nationals, an additional 15% of the due installment will be added to the total amount.
  • The applicant can fully refund the financial equivalent if the program is canceled or suspended, and half of it upon withdrawal or apology by the end of the second academic week of each academic level. However, the financial equivalent is non-refundable otherwise.
  • The financial equivalent for courses that the student fails, repeats, or completes will be based on the unit cost set by the institute's council when the minimum class enrollment is met or another batch is available. Re-examination is sufficient for the failed courses if feasible. The paid financial equivalent is not refunded or transferred in the event of the student's withdrawal or deferral of studies, leading to a decrease in the number of students in the program below the minimum threshold. In case the program is closed due to the withdrawal of a number of students, the financial equivalent will be refunded to the affected students.
  • Accepted students are required to pay the specified financial equivalent within 5 working days. If the student fails to pay within the specified deadline, the following procedures will be followed:
  • The initial acceptance granted to the student will be canceled, and the student will be notified of the cancellation of their initial acceptance due to non-payment of the specified financial equivalent within the specified deadline.
  • The accepted student will be placed on the waiting list for initial acceptance and will be given 5 days to pay the financial equivalent.
  • Regarding courses in which the student fails and retakes, additional fees are required (equal to the program's fees divided by the program's credit hours multiplied by the number of course hours).
  • The student is obligated to pay the specified fees in case of (loss/damage/reissuance) of the diploma certificate or academic record.
  • Tuition fees paid are non-refundable in the event of student deregistration due to academic or disciplinary reasons by a decision of the executive council.
