The Student Activities Committee at the Applied College - Female Branch - organized a ceremony to honor outstanding students and celebrate Mother's Day and Happiness Day on Wednesday, 30 Shaban 1444 AH, corresponding to March 22, 2023 at 12 pm at the Applied College theater. The ceremony began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a speech by the Executive Director, Dr. Shaima Al-Maliki, who ignited the spirit of enthusiasm and challenge among the students. Then, the student Amjad Saeed Qadir delivered a speech that expressed gratitude and respect to her mother. The ceremony continued with speeches by outstanding students, including Abeer Al-Qarni and a poetry recitation by Reem Mohammed Al-Mas'ad, followed by a speech about Ramadan by Abeer Al-Khawaldeh. A video about motherhood was presented by the student Ghala Al-Bahesh, and a video about academic excellence was presented by the student Layla Al-Haydar. Before the awards ceremony, the student Miyasim Al-Lajam presented a competition about academic excellence aimed at promoting the spirit of competition and setting goals in life. The ceremony ended with the honor of a group of outstanding female students. ;
