The Training Courses Committee at the Applied College organized a specialized virtual lecture on Sunday, 22 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to April 20, 2025, titled "Preparing and Recording Automated Grading Using Microsoft Excel." The session was delivered by Ms. Areej Al-Osaimi and attended by several faculty members from the college.
The lecture addressed key advantages and challenges of automated grading in exams and included a practical demonstration of how to utilize advanced Excel functions to streamline the process of grade matching and accurate recording, in preparation for uploading results to the Blackboard platform.
This initiative comes as part of the committee’s ongoing efforts to enhance faculty members’ technical skills, thereby improving academic efficiency and promoting the quality of educational practices within the college.
