Key topics addressed in the workshop included:

  • The concept of quality and its institutional significance: Emphasizing that quality is not merely procedures or reports, but rather a different mindset and a sustainable institutional behavior.
  • Highlighting W. Edwards Deming’s principle: “You can’t manage what you can’t measure,” underscoring that development begins with accurately defining standards and indicators and monitoring them regularly.
  • Interactive competitions: Designed to reinforce the concept of quality by introducing new methods of thinking and management, and motivating work teams toward innovation and sustainable quality.

Main Objective of the Workshop: To promote a culture of quality among members of the College and the University, and to encourage them to rethink traditional work methods and adopt innovative and developmental approaches that enhance the efficiency of institutional performance.
