On the Occasion of World Quality Week, and as Part of the Applied College’s “Jawwed” Initiative, the Development and Quality Unit Organizes a Workshop Titled: "Institutional Quality Journey in Light of World Quality Week: From Compliance to Sustainable Excellence" – First Semester, 1447
As part of the Applied College’s ongoing efforts at Najran University to achieve institutional excellence and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement, the Development and Quality Unit organized a workshop titled “Institutional Quality Journey in Light of World Quality Week: From Compliance to Sustainable Excellence” on Tuesday, 20 Jumada al-Awwal 1447 AH (corresponding to November 11, 2025).
The workshop was delivered by Dr. Hamad Al-Mansour, Head of the Development and Quality Unit at the College. The session aimed to outline the institutional quality journey, beginning with compliance with standards and regulations and progressing toward achieving sustained high performance. This was presented through practical models and case studies of institutions that have successfully applied quality strategies. The workshop also emphasized how Total Quality Management (TQM) contributes to building an effective work environment grounded in values, collaboration, and organizational innovation.
