As part of the Applied College's commitment to supporting students both psychologically and academically, the Student Counseling Committee at the Applied College – Main Campus – in collaboration with the Training Courses Committee, organized an awareness lecture titled "Stress-Free Exams." The session was delivered by Dr. Burai Babiker Mahmoud on the evening of Monday, 30 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to April 28, 2025, via the Blackboard platform.


The lecture aimed to prepare students to cope with the pressures of final exams. It addressed several key topics, including the causes and effects of anxiety and stress during exams, their impact on academic performance, and effective strategies for managing these emotions and channeling them into positive energy.
