On the evening of Wednesday, 22 Rabi' al-Awwal 1446, corresponding to September 25, 2024, the Student Counseling Committee at the Applied College held a preparatory meeting for academic advisors at its main headquarters. The aim of this meeting was to prepare faculty members for their advisory role during the first semester of the academic year 1446. During the meeting, Dr. Barai Babiker, head of the Student Counseling Committee at the college, presented a detailed overview of the operational plan for the counseling process. This presentation sparked an extensive and fruitful discussion among the attendees, providing an opportunity to exchange views and raise inquiries about the mechanisms for implementing the plan and ways to improve the quality of academic advising in the college. This meeting comes as part of the college's ongoing efforts to develop the academic advising system and ensure optimal support for students in their educational journey.
