Click Club at the Applied College – Main Campus Organizes the "Digitally Ready" Workshop to Enhance Students' Technical Skills – Second Semester, 1446
As part of its ongoing efforts to develop students' digital skills, Click Club organized a workshop titled "Digitally Ready" on Sunday, Sha'ban 3, 1446 AH, corresponding to February 2, 2025. The workshop aimed to provide participants with fundamental knowledge on operating systems, university email management, and cloud applications, in addition to understanding computer components and their uses.
Workshop Topics:
1- Operating system management, including Windows features from the desktop to the taskbar.
2- Proper installation and management of software on computers.
3- Extracting device specifications using Windows tools to assess performance and technical capabilities.
4- Identifying the computer's IP address and how to manage it.
5- Activating the university email and using it for academic communication and inbox organization.
6- Exploring cloud applications such as Google Drive and OneDrive and utilizing them for academic file management and organization.
This workshop is part of a series of events that Click Club is committed to organizing to enhance students' technical awareness, contributing to the development of their digital skills and empowering them to achieve academic excellence and success in their educational and professional journeys.
