As part of its efforts to develop students' language skills, the Student Activities Committee, in collaboration with the Training Courses Committee at the Applied College, organized a virtual lecture titled "Fundamentals of Learning English" on the evening of Monday, Sha'ban 11, 1446 AH, corresponding to February 10, 2025, at 8:00 PM via the Blackboard platform.


The lecture was delivered by Dr. Hanan Farihah, who presented the fundamental pillars of English language acquisition in an interactive manner. She covered several key topics, including:
1- The importance of learning English and its role in academic and professional life, along with some activities that help improve language skills.
2- Sentence structure in English and essential linguistic constructions.
3- Explanation of the main tenses used in daily life and how to apply them correctly.
4- Providing ready-made language templates to help students use English in various situations.


The event aimed to equip students with a solid foundation in English grammar, thereby enhancing their communication skills in academic and professional fields. This lecture was part of the Applied College's ongoing efforts to support students in developing their language skills and improving their career opportunities.
