As part of its commitment to developing students' skills and preparing them for the job market, the Student Activities Committee, in collaboration with the Training Courses Committee at the Applied College, organized a lecture titled "The Art of Conducting Job Interviews" on Wednesday, 13 Sha’ban 1446 AH, corresponding to February 12, 2025, via the Blackboard platform.
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Youssef Manaha. It covered several key topics aimed at enhancing participants' readiness for job interviews, including:
1- General concepts of job interviews and personal interviews
2- Types of personalities unsuitable for the workplace
3- The positive impact of selecting the right candidate for a job
4- Key requirements for successful organizations
5- Fundamentals of effective self-marketing
This lecture is part of a series of training events organized by the college to equip students with essential professional skills and ensure their optimal preparation for future career opportunities.
