The Applied College – Main Campus - in collaboration with the Student Affairs Deanship, organize a lecture titled "Learn and Master the Use of VSCode as an Integrated Development Environment for Writing and Executing Programs" - Second Semester 1445
As part of the "Your Path to Mastering Diverse Skills in Software
Development Tools" initiative, and in collaboration with the Student
Affairs Deanship, the Applied College, represented by the Training Courses
Committee in cooperation with the Student Activities Committee, organized
a lecture titled "Learn and Master the Use of VSCode as an Integrated
Development Environment for Writing and Executing Programs". The lecture
took place on Monday, 9 Sha'ban 1445 AH, corresponding to February 19,
2024, at the main auditorium of the Applied College.
Dr. Fawaz Aqlan delivered the lecture, which covered the following topics:
- Downloading the VSCode program and familiarizing with its interface.
- Code editing, program extensions, intelligent sensing, and code browsing.
- Code refactoring, snippets, and Emmet shortcuts.
- Profiles, settings synchronization, and customizing the program interface.
- Using the program on the web.
