The Community Responsibility Committee at the Applied College - Women's Branch organized a specialized training course on "Report Writing and Administrative Correspondence Skills" on Thursday, 15 Rabi' Al-Thani 1446 AH, corresponding to October 17, 2024, at the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Najran Region.
The course covered three main topics:
First Topic: Report Writing Methodology
1- Basic concepts and objectives
2- Types and different stages
3- Effective report criteria
4- Challenges and practical solutions

Second Topic: The Art of Administrative Correspondence
1- Key principles and foundations 2- Basic elements and characteristics 3- Professional writing skills

Third Topic: Preparing Administrative Memoranda

2- Main components
3- Quality and effectiveness standards
