The Applied College at Najran University, in collaboration with the Education Directorate in the region, organized a series of workshops as part of the "Talented Student Apprenticeship" program on Tuesday, 11 – 3 - 1445 AH, and Thursday, 13 – 3 - 1445 AH. The aim was to prepare gifted students and supervise their research in preparation for participation in the National Scientific Creativity Olympiad. The workshops were attended by a delegation from the Education Directorate in the region, as well as faculty members and students from the college. Two workshops were conducted, addressing topics and skills necessary for developing the abilities of gifted students, and workshops aimed at enhancing interactive and practical learning to cultivate a creative generation in various scientific fields.
The Education Directorate in the region praised the efforts made by the college in organizing such supportive programs for gifted students, as the "Talented Student Apprenticeship" program provides an opportunity for students to develop their skills and prepare for participation in the National Creativity Olympiad. Dr. Belqasim Al-Jafary, the CEO of the Applied College, emphasized the college's commitment to supporting gifted students and equipping them with the necessary skills for success and excellence. And spoke about the extent of the wise leadership's interest in nurturing and developing the talents and abilities, in line with the Kingdom's vision and to enhance the progress of development in all fields.
