The Applied College at Najran University organized on Thursday, 1 Dhul-Qi’dah 1445 AH, at exactly eight thirty in the evening, the third training course entitled: “Time Management and Self-Development” as part of the program to develop the capabilities and skills of the public, private and non-profit sector employees (General Administration of Education in Najran - Ministry of Human Resources Branch - Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture Branch - Najran Region Secretariat - Special Emergency Force in Najran Region - Najran Region Passports - Chamber of Commerce, Najran Cement - Al Rajhi Institutions for Donor Service in Najran Region).
The course was presented by His Excellency Professor Dr. Amer Al-Qarai, Professor of Business Administration at the Applied College, and Head of the Academic Affairs Unit at the Applied College, via the Zoom platform. The course aimed to enable participants to apply scientific methods and principles in managing their time and selves, which helps them organize their daily tasks and duties, as well as deal with all the pressures they face while performing their work, which positively reflects on their performance of their work and organizes their life and work efficiently and effectively.
The course included four axes as follows: The first axis dealt with the concept of time and time management, the second axis dealt with planning and organizing time, the third axis focused on time wasters and means of treating them, while the fourth axis came to discuss effective and successful time management.
